having this growth over left side of her nose for about 2 years
there was woozing of discharge from the nose pierce and ultimately it was closed and the growth started to develop
it often discharges and bleeds
she is non diabetic O/E:
1x1sq.cm,filliform,pedunculated,skin coloured,rough edged,non compressible,non flactuating,non reducible,originated from skin,no regional lymphadenopathy
Investigations: CBC:neutrophilic leukocytosis,ESR=20mm in 1st hour,VDRL-negative, MT-negative
