H/O trauma 2.5 years back
its painful at night
O/E: about 4x4 sq. cm ,hemispherical ,distinct edge, overlying skin is normal
soft,flactuating, but negative transillumination ,non compressible,non reducible,no cough impulse ,non pulsatile/expansile, free from overlying skin a circular well defined gap underlying frontal bone felt while the patient was laid down
dry tap on aspiration
